Thermography

Thermo imaging is the latest technology developed to help modern industries pinpoint problem areas within mechanical and electrical systems. Our Thermo Imaging program can help you identify issues not apparent in visual inspections.  For example, loose electrical connections can be located before they damage equipment or cause serious ARC flashes, and higher temperatures on one side of a belt can indicate improper tension or tracking. Also, bad motor bearings are always hard to identify, but they glow brightly during a Thermal Imaging inspection.

  • Thermo Imaging of Motor Control Cabinets
  • Thermo Imaging of Mechanical System
  • Evaluation of Critical System Area (Sortation/Merge)
